At CodeLoom Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Products must be returned in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Bodysuits
- Undergarments
- Swimwear without hygiene liners
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item arrived damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product has a manufacturing defect
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
6. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:
- Damaged products
- Incorrect items
- Size issues (subject to stock availability)
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
